The fund is a direct result of the partnership between RWE Innogy, Stadtwerke Munchen and Siemens. It will provide more than £19 million to communities in the coastal areas of Conwy, Denbighshire and Flintshire throughout the lifetime of the project.

It is, to date, the largest fund to be linked with any of RWE’s renewables fleet, currently being operated anywhere in Europe.
