About the 2024 CVSC UKSPF Capacity Building Project

Over the past two years, CVSC has been driving change through our Capacity Building Project, powered by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

What were the Key Achievements?

  • Over £800,000 was invested in voluntary groups across Conwy County
  • An inspiring Capacity Building Training Programme
  • Strengthened community resilience, governance & volunteering
Conference panel discussion

The results? Outstanding! We smashed key targets for volunteering, organisational support, and community engagement. But we also identified opportunities for the future—like longer funding periods and stronger volunteer networks.
