Digital and hard copy promotional literature for CVCs/WCVA, including social media.

The lawful basis we rely upon under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes. Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. 

 

The information you provide will be held securely in an electronic format on CVSC’s systems for 24 months. After this time, it will be securely destroyed.

If published digitally, information may be seen by those outside the European Economic Area.

You have a number of rights, in relation to the personal information WCVA holds about you, including:
