CVSC Engagement

CVSC want to hear about your experience of using Conwy Council’s Social Care and Wellbeing service. We are carrying out this work on behalf of Conwy County Borough Council but your responses and suggestions will be anonymised and your personal information will not be shared.

We would like to speak to individuals from the following groups to hear about how Covid-19 has affected you over the past year, how you think the council has adapted its services to support and help you, and what matters most to you over the next few months and years.

  • Older people with medium/high needs who live in their own homes. 
  • People with physical disabilities
  • People with mental health needs 
  • Young people 
  • Young carers
  • Parents & Carers
  • Parents/Carers dealing with substance misuse
  •  Parents/Carers dealing with domestic abuse
  • Parents/Carers with poor mental health
  • Families with young children 
  • People with protected characteristics e.g BME and LGBT communities.

All those who complete the questionnaire can be entered into a prize draw to win a £25 amazon voucher.
