Admin Assistant Part time 21.5 hours per week £13,313 per annum + pension contribution

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and organized individual with proven administrative experience to join our growing team. In this position, you will provide support for the Clocaenog Forest Wind Farm Fund Manager and grants team. This is your opportunity to be part of a new and exciting major grants programme in rural Conwy and Denbighshire.

The successful candidate will require a wide range of skills and experiences, whichwill include the ability to: • Plan, arrange and manage panel meetingswill include the ability to: • Plan, arrange and manage panel meetings• Take and distribute panel meeting minutes • Utilise social media platforms to full potential • Respond to queries regarding the Fund • Attend meetings (both virtual and physical)The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate experience of working with voluntary / community organisations; an appreciation of rural issues that impact on life in rural areas and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

The ability to be flexible & willing to work unsocial hours is regarded as highly desirable to meet the needs of the role.  Good written and verbal communication skills in both Welsh and English are essential for this post
