New Chief Officer

Stepping into the role of Chief Officer at CVSC fills me with immense excitement and a profound sense of purpose.

This opportunity is not just a career progression for me; it's a chance to actively contribute to the growth and well-being of the voluntary sector in Conwy, a community that I deeply care about.

I am profoundly grateful for the foundation laid by my predecessor Wendy Jones and feel a strong responsibility to build upon her work. I am extremely grateful for her support and encouragement to take on this role.

My vision for CVSC revolves around continuing the fantastic work we already do, but also being a driving force for positive change, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to address community needs and champion inclusivity as well as ensuring that the issues affecting the voluntary sector are heard.

Taking on the role of Chief Officer comes with an awareness of both challenges and opportunities. The ever-changing nature of the third sector demands adaptability and innovation, and I am committed to leading CVSC with resilience and a forward-thinking mindset.

As the new Chief Officer, I am ready to lead CVSC into a vibrant future marked by collaboration, community engagement, and a steadfast commitment to the values that underpin our mission and I look forward to working closely with you all.
